Accuracy and Speed have have been the hallmarks of Manju’s executive search practice. Manju began his career in the horological industry with Titan and its ancillaries as a tool and die, designer. He was part of the team that designed the world’s thinnest watch, ‘EDGE’ for Titan Industries, prior to entering the executive search profession. which happened to him by chance.
For the past decade and a half, Manju has been Part of Search Brands like StantonChase, ABC, RGF, and INSIST Consulting making significant contributions. He was a principal consultant and Bangalore location delivery lead with Stanton Chase-India franchisee operations, which got acquired by RGF, part of the 16 B$ Japanese HR & Information Services Company, Recruit Holding Co. Ltd.
Manju took to search business like a duck to water. He has always been on the delivery side of the executive search, applying his learnings from “timed precision delivery” from the shop floor. Over two-thirds of his career spanning 20 years, is in the search industry, assisting clients in the manufacturing, power, technology product, and services industries. He has an impressive track record of completing complex mandates in India and abroad. He is a mechanical engineer.
